1. 

Select the Employee Self-Service link.

2. 

Select the My Pay link.

3. 

Select the W-2/W-2c Consent link.

4. 

Select the check box next to the statement "Check here to indicate your consent to receive electronic W-2 and W-2c forms."

5. 

Select the Submit button.

6. 

On the Verify Identity page you would enter your current CAPPS password. Select the Continue button.

7. 

See that your status with receiving electronic W-2 and YWCA forms has been updated from "Consent Withdrawn" to "Consent received."

When this tax form is issued, you fill use CAPPS to obtain the form rather than receiving it through the mail. End.
